AGILE HR - MAKE THE SHIFT
ONLINE TRAINING COURSE
Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we have witnessed a huge shift in the way we learn, work and live.
That’s why we truly believe that a training course like this is more valuable than ever.
In this fast-changing world, following agile principles enables organizations to innovate
quickly to meet rapidly changing customer needs.
Since people are an integral part of the journey towards business agility, more and more organizations are applying an agile mindset to HR and people development by realizing how critical that role is for the journey’s success.
Embarking on this journey will raise a lot of questions:
How does a people-based strategy and operations need to change when working in a company embracing the agile value structure?
How can HR support an agile organizational transformation?
How can we apply agile thinking to enhance performance, accountability, and growth?
How can we create agile-friendly structures for salaries and benefits?
Job Roles – are they needed in the future?
What role does employee engagement and motivation play?
How can we acquire the “right” people to support the strategic growth of the organization?
What are the specific skills that we need to use to run an agile transformation from a people perspective?
Regardless of whether you are an agile coach, a line manager or an HR professional, you will need to understand how a people-based strategy and people based operations need to change when working in a company embracing the agile value structure:
How does Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits and the way we perform Employee Engagement Surveys change?
What are the specific skills that we need to run an agile transformation from a people perspective?
Is there still a need for Succession Planning in the future?
During the training course we cover
- Introduction to the agile approach and why work with agility?
- What characterizes the agile mindset and how to change the traditional HR processes when we are working with agile values?
- How should HR adapt work to create maximum value in an agile organization?
- What should recruitment, performance evaluations, and salary discussions look like?
- What concrete examples are there? How have others achieved this transformation? What works across contexts?
- How can you use agile techniques like Scrum and Kanban for HR?
